How long does delivery take?
Most tracked orders are expected to arrive within 7-20 business days after dispatch. The exact timing can vary by product, destination, customs, and carrier conditions.
Can I pay with cryptocurrency?
Yes. We currently support manual USDT payment. After checkout, follow the payment instructions and complete the transfer. Orders are processed after the transaction is verified on-chain.
Do you accept PayPal or credit cards?
PayPal and credit card checkout are not available yet. We will add them after the payment accounts are ready.
How do I use the new customer discount?
Use code WELCOME10 for 10% off eligible orders over $50. The code is limited to one use per customer and cannot be stacked with other discounts.
Do all products have multiple colors or sizes?
Not always. Some items are sold in one available configuration as shown in the product photos. If you need a specific size, color, finish, or fit, please message us before ordering.
Are the images original?
Product photos are used to show the actual item being sold. Brand and category mood images are original Bond & Vogue artwork created for the store and are not presented as exact product-spec photos.
